ONLINE VENTILATOR WAVEFORM TUTORIAL

The ability to analyze ventilator waveforms is essential to the appropriate management of patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Because of its importance, ventilator waveform analysis is covered extensively in textbooks on intensive care medicine.

Vivek Iyer, Steven Holets and Rolf Hubmayr, of the Mayo Clinic, have created an easy-to-read tutorial on ventilator waveform analysis and interpretation. In addition to detailed graphical descriptions of basic ventilator waveforms, the authors use diagrams and videos to provide examples of common clinical scenarios related to mechanical ventilation and specific tips for waveform analysis.

Postings are specific to the fields of pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.

Job Seekers: Advance your career today!: Peruse hundreds of open positions in cities across the United States and/or post your resume online for greater national visibility, at no cost.

Employers: Find your next star employee: Advertise your open pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine positions on the Job Board, as well as review posted resumes.
