Validity Convergent  validity: comparing STQ Measures of bed timing With Wrist Actigraphic Measures: correlation was positive and significant (bedtime: r=0.592, p=0.003; waketime: r=0.769, p<0.001). Convergent Validity:  comparing with a detailed 2-week sleep diary also correlated significantly.
