Diagnostic radiography in pregnancy: risks and reality.  Aust N Z J Obstet Gynaecol. 2004;44:191-6.  Very useful paper examining the risk of diagnostic radiography (chest X-rays, CT and nuclear medicine imaging) during pregnancy. Author concludes the risks of chest imaging for mother or fetus is minimal.
