These files are converted from data obtained from John Hankinson at
NIOSH in Morgantown, WV.  The files were individually extracted and
subsequently changed from A/D units to volumes every 10 msec.  The
A/D data corresponded to 6.000 L when it had a value of 4094 (repeat,
4094), so this factor was used.  The converted data is in liters and
thousandths of liters to minimize the errors that may have resulted.
