CC Reception: Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel - Congressional Hall B (Ballroom Level) from 7:00-8:30 PM on Monday, May 22nd
On behalf of the American Thoracic Society Assembly on Critical Care (CC), I would like to invite you to attend our 9th Annual Critical Care Assembly Reception on Monday, May 22nd during the 2017 ATS International Conference in Washington, DC. The CC Assembly Membership Meeting will take place at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel - Grand Ballroom South (Ballroom Level) from 5:00-7:00 PM. Immediately following, the reception will be held in the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel - Congressional Hall B (Ballroom Level) from 7:00-8:30 PM. The programming for the evening will begin with a heavy reception menu of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. There will not be formal seating to allow mingling and networking amongst members, but seats and tables will be available. Later, the recipient of the 9th Critical Care Lifetime Achievement Award will be the keynote speaker for the evening.
Please register soon, as space is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for the reception is $45 for ATS members, $55 for non-members and $25 for members-in-training (fellows).
Making a Program Donation to your Assembly will go to supporting programmatic activities planned by the Assemblies Executive Committees. Donations made by Assembly members will go to the Assembly of your choice and help subsidize activities for Assembly members at the ATS International Conference. You can make a donation here.
We would like to strongly encourage senior CC members to invite junior colleagues to join them at the reception (and consider paying their admission). This is a wonderful opportunity to gather, socialize, and engage the next generation of leaders in the activities of the Assembly and Society!! Our reception was a wonderful success last year, enabling many to connect with old friends and to set up new interactions and collaborations.

1. In your conference registration confirmation e-mail, scroll down to the “Connect with Us” section and click on the Resource Center link under this header. Note: If you have misplaced your confirmation e-mail, click here. There is an option to retrieve your login information using the email address used during registration. If you have any questions please contact CDS at (866)635-3582 or (508)743-8518 (International).
2. Once logged in, click on the ‘Add Sessions & Special Events’ button.
3. Review the items you currently have purchase, and then click the “‘Add Sessions & Special Events’” button.
4. Scroll down to ATS Assembly Dinners and select your choice and follow links for credit card payment.
Pre-registration is required if you are attending the reception. Tickets will be required at the door and entrance without ticket will not be permitted.
