ADVANCING RESPIRATORY SCIENCE – ASSEMBLIES
Assemblies are subdivisions of the Society composed of members with similar
interests within the broad fields of respiratory disease, critical care, and sleep
medicine. The 14 assemblies are responsible for creating and updating ATS
statements and position papers. They also participate in the planning of the
Members, especially fellows and young researchers, have unique opportunities
through the assemblies to network, identify mentors and collaborators, and
advance their careers. Members can join three Assemblies at no additional cost.
