Find Membership ID Number

Members can obtain their eight-digit Membership ID Number from the following sources:

1. Their membership id cards (only sent to members who have paid their dues in full).
2. Above their names on their invoices.
3. Above their names on the journal label carrier.
4. Call the ATS Membership Department at: +1 (212) 315-8685 or +1 (212) 315-8686.
5. Fax to + 1 (212) 315-8689.
6. Email the office at: membership@thoracic.org.
