Assembly Reception / Dinner

Dear Colleagues,

I am looking forward to the 2017 ATS and I encourage you to attend the annual MTPI Membership Meeting and the Reception on Monday, May 22nd, 2017. For Junior and In-Training members who are interested in learning more about the MTPI and in becoming involved in one or more of the Assembly’s activities, I urge you to attend the annual MTPI Welcome/Orientation and meet all of the current MTPI leaders as well as your junior and in-training colleagues.

MTPI Welcome/Orientation: Grand Hyatt Washington DC - Declaration A-B (Declaration Level 1B) from 4:30-5:00 PM on Monday, May 22nd

MTPI Membership Meeting: Grand Hyatt Washington DC - Declaration A-B (Declaration Level 1B) from 5:00-7:00 PM on Monday, May 22nd

MTPI Reception/Dinner: Grand Hyatt Washington DC - Penn Quarter A-B (Declaration Level 1B) from 7:00-10:00 PM on Monday, May 22nd

The programming for the evening will begin with your choice of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. We will then have a presentation by the recipient of our Senior-Level Peer Recognition Award. There will not be formal seating to allow mingling and networking amongst members, but seats and tables will be available.

Please register soon, as space is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for the reception is $50 for ATS members, $60 for non-members and $30 for members-in-training (fellows).

Making a Program Donation to your Assembly will go to supporting programmatic activities planned by the Assemblies Executive Committees. Donations made by Assembly members will go to the Assembly of your choice and help subsidize activities for Assembly members at the ATS International Conference. If you have already registered for the International Conference and would like to add the MTPI Dinner please use the following instructions:

  1. In your conference registration confirmation e-mail, scroll down to the “Connect with Us” section and click on the Resource Center link under this header. Note: If you have misplaced your confirmation e-mail, click here. There is an option to retrieve your login information using the email address used during registration. If you have any questions please contact CDS at (866)635-3582 or (508)743-8518 (International).
  2. Once logged in, click on the ‘Add Sessions & Special Events’ button.
  3. Review the items you currently have purchase, and then click the “‘Add Sessions & Special Events’” button.
  4. Scroll down to ATS Assembly Dinners and select your choice and follow links for credit card payment.

Pre-registration is required if you are attending the dinner/reception. Tickets will be required at the door and entrance without ticket will not be permitted.
