• The Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide CME credit for physicians. Through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and American Board of Pediatrics (ABP), the ATS provides opportunities to earn Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points and credits, respectively. • The ATS Store offers on-demand access to clinical education webcasts and MOC Self-Assessment Products allowing learners to earn ABIM and ABMMOC points at their convenience. • A variety of learning opportunities exist for those in training, including the Fellows Track Symposium and the Resident Boot Camp at the International Conference, and the Career Development Center, online and at the conference. ADVANCING RESPIRATORY SCIENCE – ASSEMBLIES Assemblies are subdivisions of the Society composed of members with similar interests within the broad fields of respiratory disease, critical care, and sleep medicine. The 14 assemblies are responsible for creating and updating ATS statements and position papers, and also participate in planning of the International Conference. Members, especially fellows and young researchers, have unique opportunities through the assemblies to network, identify mentors and collaborators, and advance their careers. Members can join three assemblies at no additional cost.
