Requirements

ATS Membership Number and Assembly Affiliations (Primary & Secondary):

Voting is a privilege accorded to members of the ATS; therefore you must be a member of the ATS in order to vote. Every ATS member may choose their Assembly affiliations in one primary Assembly and up to two secondary Assemblies. Each member will have the option of casting votes in the elections being held by their primary Assembly and their secondary Assemblies. Members can vote in a maximum of three elections.

Verifying your membership status, as well as primary and secondary affiliations, is now quick and easy to do online! The Member Profile Update form is safe and secure, and your updates will reflect in our database one hour from the time of your submission. You may access the form by clicking here.

How will it work?

When you enter the voting site, you will be able to view Assembly leadership position job descriptions. When you are ready to vote, you will be prompted to log in, at which time your membership number will be validated and you will gain access to the ballot for your primary and secondary Assembly membership(s) (up to three). You will then be able to view candidate pictures and biosketches for each of the available leadership positions and cast your vote.

When will the results be announced?

The results will be announced at the Assemblies’ respective membership meetings, which will be held Virtually. Membership meeting dates and times will be announced in the coming months.
