The 2021 ATS Secretary-Treasurer election has begun, and the ATS Nominating Committee has put forward two candidates for your consideration, Jess Mandel, MD, ATSF and Irina Petrache, MD, ATSF.
Jess Mandel, MD, ATSF is the Kenneth M. Moser Professor of Medicine, chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine, and vice-chair for Education in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego.
Irina Petrache, MD, ATSF is professor of medicine at National Jewish Health, as well as chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, and holds an appointment as professor in the Department of Medicine and the Pharmacology Graduate Program, University of Colorado, Denver.
The successful candidate will not only serve as secretary-treasurer during the 2021-22 term, but also as president in 2024-25.
Voting will continue through March 26, 2021.
