Industry Theater Application

At this time, all Industry Theater and Mini Theater time slots are fully committed. The ATS urges all interested parties to complete the application below to be placed on our wait-list should space become available.

A separate application must be submitted for each request.

Located inside the Exhibit Hall, ATS Industry Theaters are available to enhance attendees' education at the ATS 2017 International Conference. Held May 21, 22, and 23, companies may reserve slots on a first-come, first-served basis. Theater presentations are an optimal opportunity to promote brand launches or current therapies, conduct a focused program on disease awareness, or discuss current pipeline activity.

All programs are non-accredited and cannot be used to create CME/CE content post-conference.

New Process Timeline for ATS 2017:
  1. September 21, 2016 — Online application opens
  2. Placement occurs in order of application receipt
  3. Contract and invoice sent to sponsor
  4. Completed contract due back to the ATS within 10 business days of receipt
  5. January 18, 2017 — Full Payment due
  6. February 24, 2017 — Program title, speaker list and description due

FEES

The fee to conduct an Industry Theater presentation is based on the day of presentation and size of theater. The fee includes the following:

  • Theater-style seating for 250 people (50 for Mini Theater)
  • Head table, 2 chairs, and podium
  • A/V package with dedicated technical assistance
  • Listing on ATS-provided signage at the theater
  • Listing in pre-conference and onsite marketing materials
  • Listing on the ATS 2017 International Conference website and the mobile app
  • Listing in ePreview
  • Complimentary, attendee pre-registration list for one-time use
  • Lead retrieval unit(s) to capture attendee information - two for Industry Theaters, one for Mini Theaters

CANCELLATION

Cancellation with a signed contract before January 18 will result in a $10,000 cancellation fee for the large Industry Theaters and $6,000 for the Mini Theaters. No refunds are available after January 18. Funds cannot be applied to other opportunities.
