The Assemblies Teaching Competition

Please check back in mid-March 2021

As part of our continuing efforts to highlight our amazing junior members, the Pulmonary Infections and Tuberculosis (PI-TB) Assembly is hosting a virtual multi-Assembly teaching competition for junior educators at the ATS International Conference. The goal is to showcase the best teachers the assemblies have to offer.

Whether you are a clinician, scientist, epidemiologist, nurse, or pharmacist if you are known in your institution as an excellent educator, why keep yourself a secret from the rest of the world? This program is open to US and international applicants.

To apply, you must belong to one of the participating Assemblies listed, below.

Click on the link to your primary Assembly to view their criteria and apply.

Please note, AII, PEDS, PI-TB, and TO will hold preliminary webinar competitions in April to choose a finalist from among their top contenders

Each Assembly's Early Career Professionals Working Group will review the applications and select one applicant to represent their Assembly. The chosen Assembly reps will present virtually at the ATS International Conference’s Center for Career Development (CCD) on Tuesday, May 18 at 8 am ET. The winner of the final competition will receive a cash prize and a certificate.

We look forward to your participation in the Assemblies Teaching Competition!
