Mission Statement
The mission of the AII Early Careers Professionals Working Group (ECP WG) is to promote career development for post-doctoral fellows and early career faculty (Ph.D. and M.D.) in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
Objectives
- To develop and share content and resources that promote career development.
- To foster connections between fellows/early career faculty and senior faculty members.
- To recruit and retain members of the AII Assembly.
