Welcome to the Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) Assembly Early Career Professionals Working Group. The PR Assembly Early Career Professionals Working Group was established in 2017 with the goal of promoting and facilitating the involvement of (relatively) junior ATS members (students, fellows, and junior faculty) in the PR Assembly, the PR community and the ATS as a whole. Since its inception, the PR Assembly Early Career Professional Working Group has been actively involved in a number of activities to enhance networking and career development opportunities for trainees and junior faculty within the Assembly. Some of our ongoing projects are listed here:
- We have established and currently coordinate an Assembly Mentoring Program for PR Assembly members.
- We organise an informal networking event for PR Assembly Early Career Professionals during the ATS International Conference.
- We promote and support the involvement of early career professionals within the Assembly through the ATS Apprenticeship program and registering via Get Involved.
