Our primary goal is to help trainees and junior faculty navigate ATS and get involved in the Assembly. We have the following objectives.
- To help early career professionals get involved with ongoing Assembly projects
- To have early career professional representation on Assembly committees including Planning and Programming Committees
- To facilitate career development and networking between early career professionals and Assembly leadership
- To include early career professionals in Assembly activities by serving as session facilitators and moderators

BSHSR has an apprenticeship program with the goal of placing early career professionals on the Programming and Planning committes with mentorship from the committee chairs.
